Stuart Mulholland, Head of Programmes at Plan-UK has been selected as Chair of the UK Coalition Against Malaria.
Stuart has been working on international development for over 20 years. He has lived in Africa for 10 years where we worked with VSO, Oxfam, ActionAid and Save The Children.
